Elsa holds diplomas in Gestalt Therapy, Music Therapy, Human Development, Person Centered Therapy and Core Energetics. She has over ten years experience helping individuals on their journey to self realization.

By acting as a mirror to her clients, she is able to use her eclectic skills to help people to fully express themselves. Elsa provides a safe, confidential and empathetic place for individuals to explore the most hidden aspects of their inner being.

Elsa believes that as you learn to love and know yourself, your journey towards personal growth and total self-expression will unfold. She feels that counselling is about the honest relationship between equal human beings.

Elsa’s multicultural background was shaped by living in Mexico, USA and Canada and adds a unique depth to her counselling work.
